Drinking water is a must

Healthy diet is the most important thing to look for during pregnancy. Doctors recommend eating leafy greens, asparagus, broccoli, citrus, peas, avocado, seeds, and nuts into your pregnancy diet to promote an even skin tone. Eating healthy for your skin is always right but most importantly it can have a special effect on your baby. Further, eating organic is always a better idea.
Cleanse Skin Well
Gently cleanse your skin daily and you wash your face twice a day to keep it fresh and oil-free. Cleansing the skin helps maintain clear pores and removes dirt. Avoid certain products, such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks, because they tend to irritate skin, which may leads to pimples.

Avoid getting spa treatments that raises your body temperature, such as hot body wraps and the steam room. These treatments make you feel uncomfortable and also a rise in body temperature can be dangerous for your baby. Avoid chemical facials or peels, as they can be harmful to your baby too.
Vitamin C products
Vitamin C based products are safe to use during pregnancy. “If you have dark spots on your body, instead of using hydroquinone, high strengths of vitamin C are very effective,” Talakoub says.
Exercise
Most exercises are safe to perform. Some doctors recommend rest during pregnancy. But gentle exercise increases circulation and blood flow, which brings nutrients to your skin. Walking, riding a stationary bike, a little yoga you can try and are productive activities as long as you do them with caution.
Relax
The last and most important point is to relax! Include breaks in your schedule. Lie down for a while whenever you get the chance and whenever you are free. Let you body relax and you will feel fresh for the rest of the day. The more relaxed you are, the prettier you look!
